| Who can invest? |
Any investor is eligible. The investor may be an individual or entity and may include retirees, business people, churches, charities, clubs, friendly societies, internally managed superannuation funds, insurance companies and overseas residents. |

| Investment structure |
Your funds are invested directly into an individual First Mortgage loan either approved by you prior to the investment being made or after the investment is made by us but subject to a 14 day cooling off if you have signed a General Investment Authority. |

| Start earning immediately |
You start earning interest as soon as you invest or if you pay by private cheque, as soon as your cheque has been cleared by our bank. Until your funds have been allocated to a particular First Mortgage loan they will be deposited in an “at call deposit” bank account. |

| Investment terms |
Generally 12 to 24 months. You can withdraw or renew your investment when the First Mortgage loan is repaid. |

| When is interest paid |
Monthly - on about the 26th day of each month. |

Interest is paid into your nominated bank account or may be automatically reinvested. |
